He's not bad looking. I wouldn't suggest surgery, if he is a good person, that will probably serve him better in finding a partner. maybe putting the time and money that would go to surgery into cultivating interests such as skydiving, or take a class of interest at a local college that would make him more fun and interesting.

There is absolutely nothing unattractive about that face. If you're feeling relaxed, confident and smiling, I'm sure you will look attractive.
The expressions you put on your face will dictate how attractive you appear to others. There is nothing in the structure of your face that prevents you from projecting attractiveness.
It's normal for everyone to pick apart their features and think they are unattractive, especially when they are young. Trust me, you aren't.
You have the type of face that will get more attractive as you get a bit older and fill out.

Seriously its the dour look on his/your face. I look at it and I see a sad man. Not a ugly man by no means. I'm sure a smile would do wonders. You have a very nice complexion and I think maybe a heavier/more masculine frame on your glasses would help. You DO NOT NEED cosmetic surgery. Smile. And by the way women are attracted to confidence.

Y'look fine, you're not that bad. /If/ I had to choose one thing it'd be the ears, but that could be from the glasses (and so maybe fixed by wearing contacts). You don't need surgery. Be a big strong man, no plastic surgery...be comfortable with yourself ;)

Nothings wrong that mans face . Whoever put that idea in his mind is obviously insecure about themselves and felt the need to make him feel worse. Surgery fixes nothing.

Honestly, this man's face is attractive. If he is having a tough time finding dates, maybe he needs to work on his delivery. What is his innerself like...kind, considerate, sweet. Mean, hateful, foulmouthed....See, this man may be a great catch, and that time just isn't here yet.......patience.

needs to have the space between his nose and lip shortened if possible, and have ears slightly pinned back surgically... Lose the glasses and get contacts... also very oily and shiny-ish skin... Try a face scrub and use womens foundation maybe... I know that sounds weird but if you do It right no one has to know... LOL
But that is only if you want Snobby girls to go after you. Women should like you for who you are...

You're not physically unattractive. But what you need to work on is your self confidence. It's written on your face and in your eyes that you don't like yourself.
Girls fall for confidence more often then physical beauty.

Such a serious face. I think he'd be more appealing if he tried to smile. You know, that's when you turn the tips of your mouth up.
