Ask yourself a couple of questions:
What do you do when you're procrastinating? Just siting there? Day dreaming? Watching TV? Arguing with a family member or friend? Beating up other kids? What's actually occupying the time?
What do you get out of procrastinating? What's the benefit or reward for you when you do whatever you do to procrastinate? Does procrastinating provide you with stronger reasons you can give for your failure? Do you get excused by your parents or teachers? Do you get to fit in better with your friends or siblings?
What does what you do to procrastinate cost you? You mentioned that you're stressed out...but what's actually stressing you out? And what other "costs" can you identify?
Once you have those answers, ask yourself, what can you do to reach your goals now? You won't be able to stop procrastinating, but with these answers, you CAN start working toward your goals.

Procrastination is considered a sin, an iniquity...because it breeds delays, harm, alarm, broken dreams, failures, disappointments and nuisance..See it doesnt result to anyhting positive, may it be a work, a relationship, a sickness, a word or a promise and even studies...the best way to combat this negative character is "focus" and" effort" and a strong determination, a strong-willed head...........what you can really do today, don't put it off for tomorrow, and certainly what a releif if things done on time and better yet in time...so don't delay things otherwise you will always panic, run after time, fail and at last no way to find a remedy because it is too late to make up for the lost time....so time is your enemy here..dont flow with the time ..beat the time.....ok???

Just force yourself to do it. And if you can, try eliminating distractions.
Or better yet, since you say it's ruining your grades, continue to procrastinate. Then when you see your final grade, that should light a fire under you to stop procrastinating and start concentrating.
The choice is yours. Good luck.

You can get off Yahoo answers for a start! You have to find some way to force yourself into working. Is there anywhere you can go with just you and your books, with no chance of distraction? If you can find someone who is willing to watch you and make you work of you procrastinate, that might be helpful too.
