Yes, but only if you load one into an awefully big slingshot and fire it at someone's crotch.
Normal use of radar detectors hardly gives off any radio waves, and you need a huge amount of radio waves to do any damage.

I doubt it,but I was told that using radar guns(like law enforcement officers) causes a hungry for donuts and coffee. Don't quote me..
