What area of science are you most-interested in? THAT would be a good place to start. If you can, pick something that hasn't been done over and over.

Go to DiscoveryEducation.com. They have lots of science fair projects for all ages.

I'm kind of old school....go to the library. There are TONS of books on science fair projects.

Pick something in the environmental catagory. Not many students go that route. Maybe something about landfills, or oil spills. There are many good resources on line.
