Got news for you, if you want a great career in business or medicine, you'd need to spend more than four years at college. If you think you're going to be rich living in a big house on a hill somewhere without an MBA (business degree) or taking any serious steps towards a medical career, you need a wake up call! Also, you need to think about what you truly want to do, and what you have the talent to do. I always wanted to be an economist, and I'm good at economics, but I'm terrible at math so I don't have the skills needed to go all the way in that field. Do you have what it takes to go into the business field or into medicine? You need to consider that! Good luck!

Nursing will be one of the biggest shortage occupations in the future, so getting a BSN (nursing degree) and an RN license will get you anywhere--you can travel (traveling nurses go all over), change from hospitals etc. You can also get in some management courses and move toward nursing administrator--especially in long term care facilities those are the people who run the place.
