I started a cutting diet recently after bulking for the first time when I began going to the gym 5 months ago. I wanted to lose fat so I developed killer abs (I was training them obviously!). That hasn't happened, and my biceps have shrunk loads - I have been probably eating a bit too little and doing lots of cardio.
Should I carry on cutting at a different rate or what??!!!
