Well, Rex was in the Super Bowl last year, and Eli is still fighting, albeit barely, for a playoff spot...and Carr has never been close to either...So Carr

Rex Grossman is terrible but Eli is trying his best to unseat him. David Carr's problem is that he has been on crap teams his whole career with no pass protection.

Grossman had such a team behind him for a while that he covered it up
Manning has had some decent seasons\\I will go with Carr, but he might be better than he is maybe part of it is his offense but I doubt it.

Carr, but I don't think because he's scared lol. I think he's a masochist. Why else would he get hit so much. Just drop the ball. I think he's Jon Kitna's biggest fan, he wants to be sacked 200 times. I bet he spends free time at home, holding his hand over a candle seeing how long he can stand it.
