I think the red peep toe pair is the best because it makes the red on the dress pop, however, I would actually go with a closed toe pointy heel because it's a little more casual and you can where it almost wherever. It seems that you're trying to go a little more casual than super dressy just by your choice of heels. That's just my opinion though! Hope you figure it out.

Oh yeah, you can make it really dressy with the right kind of hair-style and jewelry!

Red is a cute idea but its hard to match. Also, I love peep toes, but I didn't really like that belt looking thing going across the top of the payless ones.

The others said red, but I highly disagree. I don't think it's bright enough red for the pretty dress!

My first question is...do you plan to wear either the shoes or the dress on a "regular basis" beyond that night? If so, then pick the pair that YOU like best and see if they work with anything else in your closet. Same thing w/ the dress. any other shoes you already have that would work on another occation? Don't want to spend $$ on something you won't use or wear again.

But get them in red. I wouldn't wear black shoes with that dress, and I don't like the buckle on those red shoes you chose.
