Being an abused child normally means you are oversensitive to stress and abusive situations. You have to realize that not all situations are abusive and you need to keep control of your feelings and not let the abuse keep hurting you. What my father did to me hurt me, but I kept hurting myself for many years after that by over-reacting to threats. I know exactly how you are feeling, and I know that you can control it. The first thing is to realize you are not alone, there are many others that have suffered abuse like you. We love you, and are here to help you. We you realize you aren't alone, it helps to keep the hurtful feelings from taking over. Life is hard enough on you without making it much worse yourself. Think about seeing a therapist and learning how to deal with these emotions.

The best thing you can do is take time for yourself
I play sports to relieve my built up stress...
Why not try to go for a walk and sit and think of your life.
After this you should set out what you want to achieve, how you are going to do it, how are you going to measure success, can it be achieved, is it rewarding, if it is worth doing and how long is it going to take to do.
I call them SMART goals.....
Then priorise your goals into what you can do today/week/month/year and work from there.
I might also suggest that you see someone about these feelings so that they can help you with them.
Your mother is only trying to push you to get good marks, but she also has to realise that it can have an oppitsite affect on you (i got really bad marks in advanced maths because of it)
Sit, cry, take time out, make a plan and talk to someone these are what you need to do

I have the same thign well at elast close try to get a grilfreind get a hobby or talk to your mother about how you are and realease your feelings on her well not in physical form just tell her how you feel cryign will never do....
calm down don't take pills it won't do you have to fix it your self don't let medicine do it for you it won't work nothing can control emotions only other emotiosn can.
think of happy things study to get good grades but don't stay like 4 hours strait no just like an hour or 2 and thats it don't put more stress on your self!

Love yourself.Everything you do in your life,you do it for you.Not for your mom or anyone else.Do not forget,life is too short to spend it worrying for that kind of things. I used to be as sensitive as you are,but now that I'm older,I've realized one thing:death is upon us every minute of your life.Nothing is worth being unhappy.The present moment never comes back,to live it again.Get out,make friends,have a good time.Tomorrow everything will look better.I promise you that.

its time for gloria, hi howare you ,i have a suggestion that might work, try to have an open mind. what i would do if i was in your,e situation, is i would tell myself that the most important person right now is you. what i am saying is that it is time for gloria to think of gloria, be good to your,e self, that means try to find what it is that -u like ,relaxing , spiritual,make healthy chioces for your,self, take care of yourself, spiritualy, mentally, physically, emotionially, try just try to find a healthy lifestyle, a healthy chioce is always a good chioce and remember, that -u are the most important person. take good care of yourself my friend, the creator will in turn take good careof you.

hey, i'm 14 and i felt just like you did, i was depresed because i loved this girl who didnt love me back and it was horrible, i tried killing myself and i didn't know what to do. i really feel bad for you and although i dont know what happened to you, it just makes me sad reading that youre so sad. if i were you id say why you are sad because that way people will give you much more attention and feel worse for you, good luck and im sorry
