Do you mean family as in Charachins, or family as in has tetra in their name? If you mean Charachins, I think the coolest is probably the piranha...my second choice would be a Neon Tetra or Glo-Lite Tetra. If you mean has tetra in their name, I like the Rummynose Tetra because of its brilliant colors :) A school of those might look good in your 10 gallon tank, if you can get the water chemistry stable :)

no longer everywhere close to the tetra kin. that doesn't count whilst medicating. All ich medicine will artwork. What I prefer for ich is to slowly improve the temperature interior the tank to 88F and upload organic, undeniable salt (no iodine or prussate) slowly to the water to approximately 1Y according to gallon. despite technique you %, be helpful to handle for no less than 2 weeks when you notice the final ich spot. save in mind that ich is sizable white grains on your betta, no longer white slime or fungus. Ich is very uncommon on bettas that stay in small bowls or vases, yet as easy as the different fish if the betta lives in a community tank. the reason being that bowls have a tendency to be dumped and refilled too oftentimes for ich to thrive.
