For 900 Bucks!
Tell the Agents to lower their commission 450 each!
That would be the easiers.
They don't want to lose their whole commission just because you cannot come up with $900 Bucks!
I bet you anything they would be willing to reduce their commissions.

They let you know far ahead of time what the cost to close will be. $900 is not so bad. I had to pay $2500. If you don't have the money then you cannot close. My lender added my closing costs into my loan. You should have tried that, but I'm sure it's too late. I'd hurry and find a way to come up with the cash....or don't close on the house. Is this your first time?

Unfortunately you will not be able to close. See if you can borrow the money from someone so that you can close. Sometimes lenders want to make sure you are not borrowing your closing cosst but if you are just finding out about your closing cost then they probably will not have time to do anything like that. Hope I helped.

If you don't have the money to close, you simply don't close. Are you telling us that you just discovered NOW what your closing costs will be ?
