LOL, trust it or no longer they could have tasted like poultry. all of us comprehend birds are descended from Theropod dinosaurs. they're so close that scientists have led to poultry embryos to advance the teeth & tails by activating some lengthy inactive genes. The raptors that survived the excellent die off did change into what are in the present day's birds. modern fossils of raptors found in China & even Italy had feathers and a wishbone, basically as birds do. Dinosaur tracks from the Jurassic era look precisely like emu tracks. seems as if they'd a gizzard too.

Probably like anyone else: some things tasted good to them, while others didn't. Of course, as with today's reptiles, they probably had no taste buds, so it's a moot point (yeah, I know that's not what you meant, but, quite frankly, if I have to answer inane, rhetorical questions, I'd like to do them MY way!).
