I don't want to sound rude, but if you don't know about the subject and don't even know the topic, who needs your article? Articles are to inform and provoke thought and to learn from... What will I learn from your article?
Again, nothing personal, but maybe you should learn first and then share with the rest of us?

The foreclosure market is huge right now and everyone seems to want to get on the band wagon and buy foreclosures. Check with your local bank and they will give you a font of information. There are hundereds of web sites that list foreclosures etc. Its topical and current.
