Age shouldn't matter in a relationship as long as there is love and understanding. Although I have found that when the man is older than the wife than the relationship works better.

Age has never really mattered for most people. I think in society in general though the man is usually older then the wife.

I don't think it really matters, but for me, I'd want to be younger than my man. But that's just my opinion. I don't think that I'd be able to handle the complex involved if I were older than he was. But then again, that's just me. I've seen plenty of marriages work where the woman is older.

It doesn't make any difference. Neither is better than the other - as long as the couple are happy together and are on the same wavelength as each other then thats all that matters. My partner is 10 years younger than me and we are very happy and are talking about getting married soon.

It does not make a difference. My mom is older than my dad and they have been married 47 years soon.
