The minor doesnt have a permit, no lisence, or insurance, totaled the car, when can i get my lisence now? I have heard i can when im 18, but im 18 in 2 months, or will i have to wait till i am 21-25?

I would wait until you were 50. By then you will have been cooled after being reemed over the coals.

If your parents have any sense at all, they'll never let you drive one of their vehicles again, hopefully they won't lose the house over what you've done.
Check with your state laws regarding how long you'll be prevented from getting your license, you'll be lucky not to go to jail.
You'd better get a bus pass and/or bicycle.

You will be suspended from getting a license for at least a year, and if you or your parents have any substantial assets, you will probably be sued.
