More egg white cm after ovulation?

Question

I ovulated somewhere between day 14 and 15 and day 15 my cm started out egg white and stretchy but by late afternoon it was creamy and barley wet anymore. my temperature spiked up today at day 16 and my cm was still creamy and pretty dry all day today now it's geting close to bed time and i felt wet down there and there's more egg white cm! what the heck is with it coming back!?

i've been charting for 7 months now and this has never happened before. normally once i get creamy dry cm i don't get anymore until the next cycle when i ovulate again.

as in i could have two eggs ready to get fertilized?!!?

Estrogen is the hormone responsible for CM and what most likely has happened is your egg released and before the progesterone production could really kick in the estrogen surged slightly and caused a bit mroe EWCM. It will probably be back to creamy or dry by tomorrow.

It's unlikely that the second bit of ewcm indicates another egg. When a woman releases 2 eggs it usually happens about the same time or within 24 hours of the first. But it won't happen after your temp has already gone up.

I now for a fact that this month I had two follicles that we're going to open up. I had egg white cm the day after IUI and there was ALOT of it. Maybe you had more than one follicle that let go at different times. I'm just guessing based on my experience.
