It is illegal to have the seeds. You might find someone that will sell them to you on-line. You should expect a DEA agent to bring you the package...
DEA = Drug Enforcement Agency. A federal agency that enforces drug laws.

I visited Vancouver B.C..
On the way back the American Customs agent was convinced I was smuggling seeds.
He kept telling me that if I was honest and handed them over he could help me but if not there would be a huge fine.
Meanwhile he digs through every thing in my luggage turning clothing inside out making a pile out of my belongings for me to clean up.Oh and makes me empty my wallet looking at every scrap of paper.
So yeah they are illegal.My big question is why would you smuggle them?Do we have a seed shortage in the USA?
That was one of the dumbest things I ever went through.

It's illegal to possess the seeds. If you buy them online & they are sent across state lines, it might even become a federal crime.

No, the seeds are illegal, possession of them is an arrestable offense.
