Globalization helps promote international interests. One of those international interests - is peace (along with stable economies - which could fall under money,etc). Also, Globalization helps increase the communication between countries.

However, I don't think it can work as a "Match Maker" kind of deal - if that's what you are aiming at.

So in terms of spreading peace, wich is generally an international interest, that is how you can define love in globalization.

Of course - there are many flaws. But that's a whole different story.

Define it in globalisation? It has the same meaning in any language in any land. To love is to value. There are many forms of love: for a parent or child, for a pet, for a song, etc. If you are talking about romantic love, here's a definition that I think says it all.
