I think I have "just the right amount" of spontaneity. Too much can be a bad thing and a sign of immaturity. Too little is completely boring and who wants to live like that? Nope. You've gotta be spontaneous enough to let it all go on occasion, yet responsible enough to take care of what matters.
A balance is good .. and keeps you grounded once you're done flying by the seat of yer pants! ;-p
