I'm 25, male and I have a height of 5'8" and my potential life partner is also 25, and she is 4'6" tall.
Please advice, does this really matters in a long term relationship in any serious way ?
Does this affect her child conception or anything in future or our sexual life ?

Height should not make a difference. My husband is almost a full foot taller than me. He says he likes it because I fit right under his chin. The only problem I can see with her height is with child bearing. Sometimes small women have a harder time giving birth, so she might have to have a c-section. Not all short women are like that, so it's something to talk to the doctor about. Other than that, it shouldn't affect your relationship in any way. Just make sure you don't compare her (and she doesn't compare you) to other people and what it would be like if you were closer in height.

Look at Will Smith and Jada Smith. There is a huge height difference there and they are sooo in love.

It shouldn't, if height becomes an issue for divorce...trust me there is something a lot more going on underneath.

im 4'11 my hubby is 5'9 and it has not cause a problem yet little things can get in all the right places if you know what i mean

it doesn't really matter. i like it when my girl is a lot taller than i am cuz when we're nose to nose my toes are in it and when we're toes to toes my nose is in it.
