I dreamt once that I fell out of bed and all of my front teeth were knocked out
I looked it up on one of those dream analysis things and it said that dreams of losing teeth mean that you are overly concerned with your appearance.
a pox on them all!

Yes Many Times. Dreams of losing teeth or in general dreams of dismemberment (losing a limb) are one of the most common dreams a person can have. Much of REM stage dream content is negative as dream studies had shown in recent years. Don't be too distressed about it :-)
Yes, teeth can "just fall out". Usually before that your gums begin to hurt and bleed and teeth begin to rock. This is caused by vitamin C deficiency - something which thankfully, rarely occurs in modern times

I used to have a reoccurring dream that my teethe would just crumble out of my mouth. It made me nervous. I must have been grinding my teeth in my sleep or something. I haven't had it for awhile.

I dreamt that only a few of my teeth crumbled away into dust which I shocked me into awakening and making sure it wasn't true, which of course it wasn't.
