My suite is small. I know a stove fan would help (any fan), but I don't have one. The bathroom fan seems very ineffective, maybe needs to be replaced. I open the windows a bit and that helps, but its winter now - it snowed yesterday...

If fans really do help I will look into getting mine installed/replaced - but in the meantime, are there simple things that can help? A space heater under the windows in question, maybe?

It could be high humidity in the room(s). Also, with single pane windows, the warmth inside and the cold outside cause this.

careful with the space heaters, if the reason your windows fog up is it's cold outside, you could shatter the glass with the heat, try using "NO FOG" by rain-x, that should do the trick

Foam shaving cream, try with your bathroom mirrors at first so you can see it works. This is what I use so far and you can see how clear it is.
