I'm no longer engaged in the waiting game because I'm an employer but I remember I suffered a lot because of this system when I was in service. I was very young that time. In those days I was doing construction of a very big bulk drug manufacturing company. After 6.00 P.M. I had no work at work site but I had to wait upon my boss who used to sit in the field office till 9.30 P.M. whether work or no work with me. That was most frustrating. I could never go for sleep before mid-night and then rise early at 4.00 A.M. as my site used to start at 8.30 A.M. It was so cold in those days I felt that I was freezing in the over coat. That was the worst part of my job. As an employer I do not like to keep anybody waiting for me. I allow my workers to leave and not wait upon me unnecessarily.

LOL I've been doing that ALLLLL day long!
My company is real slow right now... even my boss has nothing to do. So I try to look busy... in case someone cares. The guy next to me takes naps sometimes...
