Are there any good metalcore bands out there?

Question

Probably some of the only decent metalcore bands out there that sound good to me are Shadows Fall, Lamb of God, God Forbid, Trivium, Mastodon and All that remains becuse they necessarilly fit in with the typical metalcore stuff.

Its just the majority of metalcore bands are plain and simple bad, can you think of any other good bands? Or am I stuck with a weak genre?

As far as Mastodon goes I also dont consider them metalcore neither, it is just that some people place them in that genre without much merit. They actually do have talent

Lamb Of God is'nt metalcore either they'll even tell you but some bands are:

Mastodon aren't really metalcore....
Some metalcore bands can seen dull and samey.

I suggest:
He is legend
Glassjaw (the old stuff)
Dir en grey
The Black Dahlia Murder

Most of these bands are quite original and fun to listen too.

My Favorite is (Slayer), Metallica (with Cliff Burton), Pantera, Sepultura, Testament, Destruction, Death Angel, & then there's Morbid Angel, Deicide, Cannibal Corpse, (a few speed metal bands)

some of these may not actually be metalcore. but i've heard them classified as it.

if metalcore means christian heavy metal i have no clue but if it's heavy metal i know one and it's garbage(that's the band name not a comment on the band)
