I've looked at the law website for the state of Michigan, but it is hard to understand. I read somewhere that they can't turn off your power if you have an infant. But I don't know what state that applied to. Please, no jerks answering this. Be nice.

yes they can turn your power off if you dont pay the bill . I dont think it makes any difference if you have an infant or not . they must turn it off if you dont pay the bill . good luck and god bless.
