Although it is not the worst place as far as where it is, but the scariest road I have ever driven on was the Queen Elisabeth Parkway In Canada, I love the country , Hate That Highway, But then again, considering at the time it was raining and very heavy traffic at the time it was the scariest ride for me back then at 125 km per hour

just before orchard road there is a lane after the police station name Seton Drive (I think)
I was walking back home a long time ago - teenager without money after partying. As I walk into the road (thinking it was a shortcut) I look at this old house on the right side ... it has no windows, no doors just a big block bluiding and a roof. Suddenly a face appeared in the middle of the building. I was scared shitless and ran all the way.
Never had I been so scared in my life ... I did return in the morning some time later and couldnt see the building I saw. It could be I was drunk or shadows or something from the other side
