I love high heels but when I wear my high boots out it seems they start hurting after about half an hour - an hour. What can I do so that they're not so uncomfortable? Is there anything? I know you can get gel pads for shoes, but boots are a different thing all together. Thanks ladies!

Heels are comfortable. I wear them 5 days a week, 9 til 5:30. On Saturday I wear heels for about 6-7 hours and on Sunday I have to go to church and I wear heels for at least 4-5 hours. That's my week for you.

do you have sport shoes like Nike? there are insoles which support you feet - take them out and put in your boots. you can buy an insole with a supinator from pedag lady or any other firm. where does it hurt exactly - in the middle? or just near your toes? those boots can be supporting your feet badly and causing strain, so you become tired fast (bad support of the arch, only way to fix - put a better insole). Luckily if you put a supinator in nobody will mention, it's not open shoes. buy a pair or take out of your sportshoes. Supinators are good for health

insoles, also, if you really want comfortable boots you have to spend the money. I mean a lot of money, go to a department store and try on a pair of boots in a shoe salon, you will be able to tell the difference right away!

Ive worn heeled boots for years and I cant say you ever totally get past the discomfort....its how long you wear them or what your doing that to me causes the pain.....you can try inserts but remember the pain is the price we pay for vanity....

I would try getting wedges, they are cute, give the height you like, and are way better for your feet. Other than that maybe you can see an orthopedic doctor or podiatrist and get tips from them about your shoes and how to be more comfortable

I really don't know if this will help you, however, what I do is stick each of my feet into two condoms, and then put on the shoes. The lubricant works well. Plus the clear condom is almost unnoticeable.
Hope this helps!
