Yes they are the same thing. I am not sure when they changed the name but again yes they are the same.

I don't know, I have always worked full time, and when I need help after a compound tib/fib fracture...I got zero help from any government office...

F! medicaid and welfare !@#$'s...got get a job and pay for your own medical visits and insurance, don't take it out of my taxes!
