The behaviour of politicians in the commons at Prime Ministers question time and the like?

They behave like a pack of baying wolves, hurling abuse, insults and belittling one another to score points!

What kind of role models are they for children?
Yes its wrong to call people names children but we are allowed because we are politicians. Disgraceful. Its no wonder they can't run the bloody country, too busy thinking up jibes to throw at one another!

Seems like political power is a no win situation anymore, once you get it those without it set upon you like a pack of wolves. The media only perpetuate the chaos. Not trying to defend anyone in particular here, it's as though the country gone raving mad. Bit like the Roman arena and everyones baying for blood.

It is actually a tradition to do so in Parliament, which you should know tradition reigns strong in Britain. Also, free speech. In other democratic countries members applaud, or stand up or refuse to stand up in such situations. Watch a government of a country that doesn't have free speech and see what happens, everyone agress with another....You will appreciate the hemming and hawing on MPs then.

I am so disgusted too, out of all the politicians I actually liked tony blair and I was looking forward to what gordon brown was going to achieve...but as with all parties in the commons they are actually fighting without the music, booze and bar! they are parralell to a friday night out down in grimsby.
Its upsetting and uncomfortable to watch, everyone likes david cameron now, and i would too but he childish ways in westminster aggrevate me ,trying to get one up on someone else....but if he gets to be pm, a few years later everyone will be leaking stories about what his party has done! basically i think the pm we have now and before tony blair did their best but they constantly have their own party stabbing them in the back and everyone has theyre own manifesto they are trying to get across but they arent playing in a team! its a very sad state, why cant they all agree what is wrong with this country and all work together? its ridiculous and like i said before a formalised punch up of a friday night down some dodgy club

What's worse is when all the rest of them cheer them on. You'd think it was the last comic standing show.
And just think...Those childish dik heads run our country. They make John Belushi look good. lol
What a joke!!

I enjoy listening to 'To- day in Parliament' every night at 11.30,monday-friday,bbc4.Some of the jeering & cheering & general banter is highly amusing.Underneath it all, they manage to do the serious business of opposition, regardless of which Party is in power.Long may it last.

They make me laugh. They act like such big kids it reminds me of being at school. It's actually quite scary to think that these people are running the country.

Yes It's the nodding on the front bench that amuses me and sometimes it is obvious that an "Honourable" member has dropped of to sleep. i think it was Lindsey St.Clare (Miss Whiplash) who said that if you look hard and see an MP wriggling around on his seat you know tha he has visited a dominatrix
