Does anyone know about the "Wrong Records" website? I could visit every page but when I tried to go to their store, my program, or whatever, warned me not to. Said if I did, not to enter any personal info (which I wanted to purchase a CD) so I didn't go any further. Anyone know anything?

I have never used them before, but I just went onto http://www.wrongrecords.net/ which I guess is the website you are talking about.
I clicked on the store, and got a warning from my browser (Firefox) telling me that the website uses a security encryption service, but that it had expired on 18/10/2007.

There is also no infomation about the website on McAfee SiteAdvisor.

I would NOT recommend using that website if their security excryption has expired, this would mean your details would not be encrypted...

Also, there is no info about that site on McAfee SiteAdvisor, so I can't say if it is safe or not.

I would purchase your CD from somewhere else if I were you.

If you do a websearch on the words "wrong records" (without the quotes), you'll find lots of websites that have similar names and concepts. Some sell recordings; some talk about them. If your security software said to avoid it, then stay away from it, or ignore it at your own peril.

your security program will warn you not to visit a website if it is on its "watchlist" of fraudulent sites. make sure you entered the correct web address not one that may be just slightly different.
