They, of course, have it available indirectly through the fat in their humps and, of course, in their blood stream as and stomachs as Tiger and Lani have said but they also store water (a good, drinkable amount) in their rumen. Bear Grylls (Man vs. Wild) used a dead camel to survive in the desert this month on the Discovery Channel.

He got a good amount from this cavity (probable two liters). He also squeezed out the stomach juice from partially digested vegetation but I think the other cavity (the rumen) is the answer you are looking for.

Camels don't exactly store water, they store fat (in their humps) which when metabolized can provide them with enough water to survive for quite a while (weeks instead of days). They also have several other water conservation adaptations that make them quite the dry desert animal.

Through reading different resurces, it says that camels mainly store water in their BLOODSTREAMS and partly in their stomachs. (They can drink up up to 30 liters of water in 15 minutes).

Camels have special physiological and biological mechanisms of conserving water and tolerating dehydration -which help them to endure in the dessert for at least 3 weeks without water.

It is true that camels do not store water in their humps but when food or water is scarce, they utilized the reserved fats in their humps to provide energy. Their humps can be an indirect source of water through an internal chemical process.- Fats is broken down to produce hydrogen then combines with oxygen to form water internally.
