there are two scenarios of your situation:
1. you are pregnant. congratulations.
2. you sound(typed) as if you're desperate to get pregnant and you think you're fooling yourself of being pregnant. (maybe you've fooled yourself before)
either case. i see a big change of a new baby coming. if thts not the case keep trying and relax. Jesus is in control

If your period was due 3 weeks ago and your blood test was negative a week after it was due, then I really doubt you are pregnant. UNLESS, your cycle was off because of having the IUD removed and you ovulated later than you thought. If that is the case, then yes, you could be pregnant.
The only way to know for sure it to buy a test. On here you may get 10 different answers from 10 different people.
Nobody on here can tell you when you ovulated or knows when you had intercourse. Good Luck. I hope you get the result you are looking for.

Since you've had your IUD taken out it sounds like PMS. Everyone is different and have different reactions when it comes to birth control. To your doctor "Right away", could mean a month or two. For some women nothing changes and everything is back to normal w/in a week but for a few it's havoc. I never had pms symptoms until I started using birth control and even after I stopped using it nothing has ever been the same. But on the other hand he could be absolutely right about not enough hormones in your system. You're just going to have to wait. Try not to freak out and just calm down, 'til you go back for a blood test.

It could hormones and anxiety or yes you could be pregnant. Your Dr. was right, you may of not had enough of the hormone in your body two weeks ago to show up.
You need to take a pregnancy test, I know you are scared of what it may say, because if you want ot be and your not, then you get all worked up and vice versa......But if your not then you should make an appointment to see your Dr. and make sure that everything is fine. Sometimes after having the mirena IUD, it could take a little longer to get your body back to normal.......But most of the time, with this type of contraception, you go back to normal quickly.......
Good Luck and I'll be thinking about you......

Your Doc advised to retest. Take his advice and go get another test done. You very well could be pregnant and taking the advice of strangers on something so serious is not recommended. You could be misled into false hope or false sense of judgement.
It sounds like you could be pregnant. If that is the case, you need prenatal vitamins and shouldn't be lifting anything heavy or doing anything too strenuous. If you aren't pergnant, then all the symtoms could indicate something seriously wrong and would need to be addressed immediately to keep it from ruining your chanes of having a baby in the future.
So, go see the Doc and retest. That is the right thing to do.

I don't know about IUDs, but when I went off of the Depo shot I went two months without a period and was going crazy out of my mind that I was pregnant. I thought I had every symptom of pregnancy, but was getting negative test results. I finally went to the doctor and had a blood test done. I wasn't pregnant and they had to put me on hormone treatment to get my period to start. Maybe this could be the same thing. Go to your doctor and have a blood test done.

2 weeks is plenty of time for you to have built up enough hCG to register on a home pregnancy test. Take a test. If it is negative, it isn't the end of the world, just go back to the doctor find out why you are so late on your period and then keep trying.
TAKE A TEST!!!
Take care and best of luck!!!

based on what you are saying your are experiencing you MAY be pregnant. But it could also be many other things. Like your body adjusting to no longer have an IUD, stress etc. You need to take a test, a blood test preferably. Good luck.

Give it a little time then take another pregnancy test. Those are also symptoms of fibrodal cysts on the uterous. Talk to your doctor and have him/her do an ultrasound. That is the best path right now.
