As much as you can give them! Tummy time is soooo important now that it is recommended for babies to sleep on their backs. Tummy time strengthens neck and back muscles. It helps babies get ready to learn to crawl and scoot around. It helps round out their skulls to prevent deformities that are becoming very common. Tummy time should be supervised and frequent for babies at this age!

maybe just half a minute more each session than they actually enjoy.
tummy time is good for aforementioned reasons - but not all babies like it, so it's useful to push it just a tiny bit more than they are happy with to encourage greater tolerance and eventually enjoyment when the ability comes! But some sessions can be as short as a minute on their tummy.
You might find your baby loves tummy time - mine did, and at 4 months they were having a couple of hours total in a day at least - after each nappy change, when we played together, when we cuddled etc

Tummy time is very important and babies often learn to roll from tummy to back first because it is an easier movement if they get their heads up high enough. Tummy time can even include when the baby is up against you. Reclining in a chair or on a sofa with the baby lying on you on their tummy is a fun way to let the baby get tummy time as well as bond and flirt with your child. You'll get some great grins and I have even managed to capture a few great pictures this way too.
This is so important to strengthen baby's muscles and to keep the back of the head from becoming misshapen.
Have fun!

As much time as you can. I think I did around 30-45 with my daughter at that age. Tummy time is extremely important for muscular development

I give my nearly four month old about half hour a day. that is what my doc suggested. I dont always do half hour in one hit i break it down to 3x 10 min sessions. Its just to help strengthen the muscles in their neck to help hold their head.

None! You should let your baby be on his back until he is ready to roll on his own. When they are ready they will roll onto their tummies on their own.
If you let them do it naturally, when they are ready, it is better for their muscles and for their backs.
Just set him on his back on the floor and surround him with a few different toys and teethers that he can reach for if he wants.
