what happens at the very end because i cant quite figure it out..?!

remember in the story, the witch made the children stand in the corner while she killed another child?
well, when its the end of the movie they show one guy running down the stairs yelling and calling for his friend, and once he gets into the basement, his friend is standing in the corner scared for his life, then, BANG...
he goes down,
dead,
while the other stood in the corner and watched,
just as she always had done...
then it ends, and you want to barf, your head spins, and it takes like 30 minutes to get over the motion sickness.

The story of Rustin Parr was that he made the one surviving child stand with his nose in a corner while he killed the other children. Parr was supposedly under control of the "witch" he was later lynched or put to death I don't remember.

At the end of the movie, the credits roll, I get up disgusted that I spent $6 on that movie, and I go and find some dramamine to combat my motion sickness from the shaky camera.

It's one of those movies where it doesn't show you, but you know what happens. All in the mind and such....
They die, poor children....

they all get killed in the house by the witch. its creeeeeepppppyyyyy.
