Some guy could see a number on a person's forehead and so he knew that person will die next, it was a comedy but also horror. Also, he could talk to ghosts, and only him could see and talk to them. I remember people accusing him of murder because only he could see which victim would be next, I also remember a ghost-like thing that looked a little like Grim Reaper that killed the victims that that guy could see. I remember the actor's name that played as the main character (the one I talked about above) is named Michael, but I am not sure if that is exactly his real name. Please help me in finding out what the movie was called, I'd really like to see it again.

It was called the Frighteners and Michael J. Fox starred in it. It was also directed by Peter Jackson, the guy that directed the King Kong remake. It's not a new zealand movie.
