I wouldn't think quit that much. Depending on how much land goes for. If land is at least $7500 an acre, then 215 acres would be $1,612,500. The house is definately not worth $2,687,500. So I would say it's a bit overpriced. But see how much land goes for in that area, where I live you can buy land for about $5000 an acre.

The kitchen looks rather tiny and it only has 4 rooms. Plus, the house is not that good looking. I'd expect a lot more for a 4 million dollar house.

Well yes i do because i has alot of acres and it is a very nice home with 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths and anyways it looks like a private home

not the house, altho looking at the land with it, it mkes sense. also considering once u buy it, the fact tht u cud exptend it (the house) to however big and add whichever features to the house and also land, as ull have all the planning permissions etc.

I don't think so. Sure U have lots of land but its millions and the house isn't even that great!

It's set on 215 acres, you're paying for all of that land.
