I know it had a lot of messages, like for example when he kills his son and the old people and the girl, he kill them and in a few seconds the help arrived.

The main character let his pride get in the way and the crazy religious lady told him that in the movie. He jumped in head first and thought he knew what he was doing..well, it didn't work that way as we saw in the end of the film.

What message was there suppose to be? Maybe to the government and scientists to stop messing around with things that ought not be messed with. Maybe to the father who should have waited until the creatures attacked the car before shooting everyone. Other than that, I have no idea.

The book did not end that way. Hollywood put that in. They just drove away into the Mist in the book. You don't really know what happened after that.

Steven King's stuff is all like that. I think he gets bored and just quickly finishes his books. No planning.

I thought it was not the best movie. I didn't enjoy it that much.
