-Area & Place to live
-Less of a Commuter College between the two.
-Overall better between the two state university.

SFSU is a little bigger and better, but more expensive, around area( sunset, daly city) a studio start $1000, SJSU is in downtown, many poor people live nearby, a studio start $750.
