TO is who you want to send an email to... CC is short for Carbon Copy and is a way to send someone a copy of the same email, yet it isn't intended for them, just really to see....and BCC is called Blind Carbon Copy, it will send a copy of the email your sending TO your main recipient, however being BLIND means they don't know you sent it to anyone else.

Hi. "To" is the addressee, "cc" is from 'carbon copy' but it just means send a copy, and "Bcc" is "Blind cc" or "Background cc" and does not show up on the message.

Simple explanation:
To: the email address where you sent the email
CC: some other recipients
BCC: other recipients that are "hidden"
