very good question. !
-im thinking that they probably would because in canada you wouldnt have symbols on our keyboard because we use the alphabet from modern english
so i think if you went to a different country like china, they would have their own style of writing on the keyboards because they just would lol
good question though.

yes most of them do.. others might just have a differnt layout
