To: person who is receiving the email, or who the email is addressed to
cc: Carbon Copy, Person(s) who get a copy of the email.
bcc: Blind Carbon Copy, Person(s) who get a copy of the email, but other users don't get to see who this person is. (ie, the email address doesn't show up in the list of people the e-mail was delivered to)

Cc=Carbon Copy

to is who you're sending it to
cc is care of like c/o on a letter in the mail
and bcc..i think thats blind copy, so like if you send it to someone and u enter another person in the bcc then the person you sent it to wouldnt know you spent it to the other person in bcc

"to" is your main recepient,
"cc" is anyone else you want to "carbon copy" onto the email, "bcc" is if you want to carbon copy someone, but dont want anyone else to see who you are cc-ing. stands for "blind carbon copy".
