Help ASAP: what are issues concerning women and the environment in america?

Are you serious? Women fight daily to be given the same consideration and status as men for doing basically the same things. Then there is a societal backlash that women exact upon each other when they're hashly critical of each other's behavior (read any question on YA to see that reality manifest itself). As for environmental issues, as global warming becomes less a theoretical concept and more of a reality (particularly here in the southeast U.S.) we begin our second straight fall season in a protracted drought and above average temperatures. Our need for water is beyond critical.
