My aunt is having a baby and we`re really close so shes letting me help her pick the name. Shes having a girl, So these are the names I am thinking of:
Callie Nicole
Sadie Renee
Mikayla Bree

I like Callie and Sadie, but not Mikayla, unless she wants her to be one of 15 in the class. Sadie's my favorite. I think the middle names are a little plain, although renee isn't bad. So what about:
Sadie May
Sadie Grace
Sadie Louise
Sadie Abigail
Sadie Paige
Sadie Emily

Callie is a "cute" nickname, but not a formal name. Try Calla, Caroline, Carolina, Callista, Calliope ... anything but simply Callie.
Sadie is better, but again, still a bit informal. Sara(h), Sarita, Serafina, etc. would give her a more mature option should she ever want one (babies do grow up). ;)
Mikayla is horrendous, since it makes it fairly clear someone had no clue how to properly spell Michaela. It's a feminine form of Michael, not a poorly-spelled Irish surname. LOL Akin to spelling Charlotte "Sharrlyt" or Georgia "Johrjah," in other words. ;) I wouldn't recommend it.
Nicole, Renee and Bree are far too dated, insubstantial and predictable middle names for my taste. Have fun helping!
