While most people find it very difficult, it is essential that your personal life be separate from you professional life. You start by talking to your co-worker about your concerns. If that doesn't work, then voice your concerns to your supervisor. You, then, let your supervisor address it with your co-workers supervisor. It may not seem like the right thing to do, but it is the professional thing to do.

You just have to be up front with them. At work, I am professional and I am nice to everyone but I am not their buddy or pal and we don't have to like each other to do our jobs.
I would just tell her, I'm sorry you are having problems right now but that has nothing to do with work. Can we refocus on the job at hand?
Or say something like, "We all have problems but I choose to leave mine at my door and not let them effect my work."
It won't make you popular but it will get these life suckers to leave you alone.
