In addition to the clinical strength deodorant, a couple of things
Try natural fiber clothing as synthetics can make the problem worse,
If you smoke, quit or cutdown
Watch your diet to see if spices or certain foods trigger BO symptoms
Shower and put deodorant on at night (I have heard it is more effective if don this way)
Try Shower to Shower, gold bond, or another powder in addition to the deodorant.
Make sure you use an antibacterial deodorant soap like Safeguard.
Try an undershirt to wick away moisture.
If sweating is caused by anxiety, consider an anti-anxiety medicine.

shave your armpits, use deoderant and talco powder. And shower with body wash and a scrungee instead of just soap, use listerine after brushing teeth. Fabric softener in your clothes, and a cologne like "chrome" because it has an aroma of fresh clean, and not perfumey. If this dont help, then something is wrong with you.

Try a different deodorant. Maybe it's not working for you. Take a shower at night before going to bed. Also, try some Axe Body Spray. :)

Are you drinking too much caffeine? Coffee and cola make me sweat like a pig and STINK. I switched to decaf and it resolved the problem. I had tried every deodorant out there, none of them worked, when I finally figured out it was caffeine I had a two year supply of deodorant. They are very effective now. Good luck.

Clinical strength antiperspirant. Make sure your clothes don't still have that odor after washing.. if they do, perhaps invest in a new detergent (febreeze<3). Some people just put off more odor than others.

a doctors visit would be a good idea. alot of body odours come from medication, and or illness'. if on medication then the doctor needs to know to alter presription or add to it. if you dont know of a reason then a visit to doctor will help you decide what to do next incase its an illness you arent aware of. same with bad breath.

You could always go to the doctor, sometimes they will prescribe you a certain kind of deodorant that will help get rid of the odor.

I won't taste good, but 1 cup hot water, 2 tbs. of apple cider vinegar and 2 tbs. of honey. Drink this twice a day and it really works.

You may need to see a doctor. It might not be what you think. Otherwise, I would look into changing your diet - that can affect body chemistry quite a bit. Good luck.
