sin(60)(2tan(60) + 3) =
(1/2)√3(2√3 + 3) =
3 + (3/2)√3 =
3(1 + (1/2)√3)

I assume the measurements are in degrees.

Tan 60° = √(3)
sin 60° = √(3) / 2

(2 Tan60)(sin60)+(3sin60) = 2*(√(3))*(√(3))/2 + 3*(√3)/2
= 3 + 3√(3)/2
