i wouldn't say "hideous". she does look a little bit "different" and from the media reports it's pretty tragic what she's doing to her life. i think she is amazingly talented and would love to hear more musicians sing like her. unfortunately, it kind of seems like she might be a flash in the pan....

I love her music, but I think she's going through a very difficult time right now and it can't help that has no real privacy. I have to say I would never want to be famous.
