I have Napster-to-go too, and sometimes I get that. Since you are paid up, all you need to do is log on to your account, and connect your mp3 up to your computer while you are on your account. Check to see if you have all the current updates for Napster, and if you do, find a song to transfer to your mp3, and when it finishes the transfer, the tracks that were not playable before will become active again. Just for future note, every so often the license for the tracks downloaded but not paid for yet needs to be renewed to make sure you are not going to use it illegally. So if it happens again, just follow the above steps again.

I don't have Napster but I do have rhapsody. Try deleting the track and downloading it again. It works for me.
