obscenity and child pornography are illegal whether the person is aware of being filmed or not.

There may be some sleazes selling videos of people that didn't know they were on film, but they're rare. It would be hard to hide a camera and get decent footage without the people knowing about it.

People who buy **** like it to include young girls. LEGAL **** will include girls who're above the age of consent in both the country where it was filmed (95% of which is America) and the country of sale.

If you film a movie in the US, for example, the actors must all be at least 18. If you then sell it in a country where the age of consent is 21, you'd be breaking the law of that country.

In same cases, the age to be featured in **** may be different from the age of consent. (Many US States have ages of consent under 18, but the age to be legally in **** is 18 nationwide)
