well there is a new CPU cooler (NBFAN) that you can attach it to your laptop with USB. I don't know that it is helpful or not, but I just wondering that which one can be better for a laptop.

Since you can't fit a CPU cooler into a laptop, there is really no other choice by process of elimination!

EDIT: If you mean this:

That's just a fancier version of internal fan, except it's attached to an external vent so it claims to draw more air THROUGH the case. It's NOT a CPU cooler by any means. And by the looks of it you'll be breaking vent clips quite often.

To help with cooling you should get a cooling pad. A cpu cooler is what is inside of the computer already to help cool the cpu, you don't need to change this, unless an engineer tells you so, or you really know what your doing.

Here are some cooling pads. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Description=laptop+cooler&x=0&y=0
